I promise it’s really not that hard to finish a whole (or half) in one sitting 🥬 Follow along for more easy and addictive food inspiration 🥗 Ingredients: - 1 green cabbage - 1 red onion - 1 lime - 2T sesame oil - 4T sesame seeds - 4T roasted salted peanuts - Salt Method: - Thinly slice the cabbage (removing the thick inner stem) and thinly slice the red onion. Add two large pinches of salt and mix well, then squeeze over the juice of half a lime and mix again. Let sit at least 30 mins. - Carefully pour out any juice that has accumulated at the bottom of the bowl. Drizzle over 1T of the sesame oil, mix, then squeeze over a remaining 1/4 lime wedge, mix again. Taste and adjust with the remaining oil and lime to your liking. - Chop the roasted peanuts, then sprinkle them into the salad along with the sesame seeds. Here’s how 👩🍳 🔹6 medjool dates 🔹 1/3 cup puffed quinoa 🔹 1/2 cup chocolate chips 🔹2 tbsp tahini or any nut butter ▪️ melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted, then stir in the tahini/nut butter and puffed quinoa ▪️spoon a teaspoon of the mixture into 12 sections of an ice cube mould, then place half a date on top (squish them into ball shapes beforehand) and top with the remaining chocolate ▪️ store in the fridge or freezer, I love them from frozen! Camille on Instagram: "Purée de patate douce au miso, champignons et halloumi rôti au miel Ingrédients : La purée de patate douce : - 2 belles patates douces - 25g de miso (rayon asiatique) - 25g de purée de sésame (tahini) - 1 cm de gingembre - 1/2 càc de cannelle (optionnel) - 1 càs de jus de citron - 250g de champignons - 2 gousses d’ail - 1 à 2 càs de sauce soja - De l’halloumi - 2 càc de miel Noix de pécan caramélisées : - 50g de noix de pécan - 2 cuillères à soupe de sirop d’érable - De la fleur de sel En accompagnement : des oeufs mollet et de la ciboulette Préparation : - Préchauffez le four à 200°C et faites cuire les patates douces pendant 45min à 1h en fonction de la taille - Retirez ensuite la chair et dans un saladier ajoutez le miso, le tahini, le gingembre, le citron et la cannelle. Salez et poivrez puis mixez le tout. - Lavez puis coupez les champignons en 4. Faites-les revenir à la poêle avec l’ail râpé puis déglacez avec la sauce soja. - Réutilisez la poêle pour faire cuire l’halloumi préalablement découpé en tranches puis ajoutez un peu de miel pour le faire bien caraméliser. - Dans une casserole portez à petite ébullition le sirop d’érable et ajoutez les noix. Laissez réduire jusqu’à ce que le mélange accroche puis déposez les noix sur du papier cuisson, ajoutez de la fleur de sel et laissez refroidir. - Servez la purée avec les champignons, l’halloumi, un oeuf mollet (cuisson 6 min), les pécans caramélisées et de la ciboulette hachée.
