It’s a simple recipe but it tastes anything but simple. The vanilla paste from Nielsen Massey are extracted at a lower temperature and for longer than their competitors to draw out the maximum flavor and I mean it has SO MUCH FLAVOR. It’s also ready-to-use and is a 1:1 replacement for vanilla extract in recipes. Plus it comes in a massive bottle at Costco so it’s perfect for the upcoming holiday baking season! Cheesecake filling 1 cup cottage cheese 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp Neilson Massey’s Vanilla Paste Crust: 1/2 cup dates 1/2 cup hazelnuts Whipped cream 1 cup heavy cream 1 tbsp Neilson Massey’s Vanilla Paste Method: make the cheesecake filling in a food processor but only blend for 15 seconds max. Place in the fridge to set while you make the crust. In a clean food processor add in the dates and hazelnuts and blend until you have a nice sticky dough. Set aside.
