At the bottom of the page choose if you want to track in lb or kgs
Use the weight conversion table at the top if needed. e.g Add your weight in KG to B2 or in Stones to B4
Take the lb weight and add it to Starting Weight (column C).
Once a week add your new weight to the next week column, and the dose you are using.
