Ingredients:
- Kale, chopped
- Courgette, grated
- Carrots, grated
- Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and spices to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until set.
- Cool and slice to serve.
