- 2 salmon fillets, skinless & cubed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Squeeze of honey or maple syrup
- Extras: Brown rice, edamame, cucumber, radish, avocado, pickled red onion
Instructions:
- Marinate the chopped salmon in soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and honey for at least 20 minutes.
- Air fry at 190°C for 8 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite whole grains and veggies.
