Get Soya spagetti form Aldi, On box it says 50g is one portion but i use about 70g. It only takes about 3 mins to cook. It does not swell up like real spagetti but once bolognese sauce is on I can't really taste difference.

Bolognese sauce, 1/2 onion finely chopped, cooked in tea spoon of olive oil, cook mince in separate saucepan, drain off some of fat add onions/olive oil, add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, a little passata, 1/2 finely chopped yellow pepper, tomato pure and plenty of fresh basil, salt. Simmer and add ladle over spagetti add parmesan.

Feeds about 5 hungry people.
