• Ingredients:
    • 4 garlic cloves
    • 1 shallot
    • 2 tbsp chili flakes
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tbsp brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 100 ml neutral oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp red miso
  • Instructions:
    1. Finely chop garlic and shallot. Heat oil, add garlic and shallot until crispy.
    2. Drain oil, mix with chili flakes, paprika, sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and miso.
    3. Pour hot oil over mixture, stir well. Add crispy garlic and shallot, sesame seeds.
