- Ingredients:
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 ml neutral oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp red miso
- Instructions:
- Finely chop garlic and shallot. Heat oil, add garlic and shallot until crispy.
- Drain oil, mix with chili flakes, paprika, sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and miso.
- Pour hot oil over mixture, stir well. Add crispy garlic and shallot, sesame seeds.
