  3. Whisk eggs until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Add spinach mixture, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until a thick batter forms. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Scoop batter onto the baking sheet (about 2 tbsp per biscuit). Top with a sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Bake for 18-25 minutes, until golden and firm.
