Ingredients:
- 2 dates, pitted
- 45 ml red wine vinegar
- 2.5 ml oregano
- 5 ml Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 2.5 ml salt
- 1.25 ml black pepper
- 60 ml olive oil
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Use as a dressing for salads or as a dip.
