Ingredients

• 1 medium onion

• 250g fat-free cottage cheese (strained)

• 1 egg

• Optional: Salt, oregano, or parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix – In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, and optional seasonings.

  2. Prepare – Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray.

  3. Top – Place an onion slice on each portion.

  4. Bake – Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
