Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 block Boursin cheese
- 3 tbsp chopped dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat a sheet pan in the oven.
- Toss Brussels with 2 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Place on hot pan, roast for 30 minutes.
- Heat honey, add Boursin cheese, stir until melted.
- Plate Brussels, drizzle with cream, cranberries, pistachios, and parsley.
