Method:
Soak ¼ cup chia seeds in ½ cup water for 15 mins till it gels up.
Mix well, add 1 cup almond flour, mixed herbs & salt.
Stir it well till it forms a soft dough ball.
Place the dough on a parchment paper & place another piece of parchment paper over the cracker dough and roll it out thin (like a roti)
Cut into desired shape
Bake for 30 mins at 160* (preheat for 5 min at 160)
