Rinse potatoes several times in a bowl. 2. Mix with spices, oil, and cornstarch, spread on a baking sheet, and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. 3. Mix dressing ingredients and set aside. 4. Fry smoked tofu in oil until crispy. 5. Combine everything with vegetables in a bowl and enjoy.
