Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 6 strips uncured bacon, cooked and diced
- 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet with avocado oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs and Greek yogurt. Fold in bacon, green onions, and 1 cup cheddar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until thickened.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, press down to form biscuits, and top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned.
